NINJA SELF DEFENSE TRAINING 🥷🏻 Togakure Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu: NINJUTSU Escape Techniques #Shorts

When learning how to be a ninja, one of the key points to ninja self defense training is learning escape and evasion techniques. The ninja had to learn how to fight and to be able to protect themselves (self defense) while on a mission. One of the traditional schools of martial arts the ninja would train in is called “Togakure Ryu Ninpo Taijutsu”, which translates out as “Hidden Door School of Ninja Body Methods”.
.
In Togakure Ryu, there is a secret method of training called the “Santo Tonko no Kata”, which means: “Escaping Rat Methods”. The Santo Tonko no Kata teaches the ninja escaping techniques when they find themselves in a self defense situation. The technique from the Santo Tonko no Kata that is demonstrated in this video is called: “Sayu Kumogakure no Kata”.
.
This lesson is directly for those training in the traditional Japanese martial arts and self-defense techniques of the ninja and samurai, such as ninjutsu (ninpo) and bujutsu (budo).
