My Problem With “Women’s Self-Defense” Classes



While I am a huge fan and advocate for martial arts and self defense (having participated in jiu jitsu and MMA for many years), I have some concerns about women’s self-defense classes that are so often advertised. Here’s why I worry that they may do harm.
