Flight attendants are in self defense training to be prepared for unruly passengers

The FAA is seeing a big increase in complaints for unruly passengers in 2021. You can be fined up to $35,000 for attacking a member of the crew on a plane. Flight attendants and crew members around the country are training in self defense with Federal Air Marshals, as the FAA has reported 60 times the normal number of unruly passenger complaints in 2021.
